Visiting the CampusIf you visit the campus during school hours (7:30 am to 4:00 pm on school days), you must check in at the security desk in the main foyer or in the main office. Park in the designated visitor parking on either side of the circle drive off Hillcrest Drive and go to the main entrance. Press the intercom button near the rightmost door to call the receptionist, who will ask you to state your business before unlocking the door. You will need to sign in at the security desk in the foyer. The main office is just to the left of the foyer. Click campus map below to enlarge.Events

Classroom BuildingsFine Arts Center The FAC opened in 2004, featuring a state-of-the-art auditorium that seats over 1200. The main entrance, open for events outside of school hours, is on the south end of campus off 18th Street. Visit bhsfac.org for details.
Lyon Field at Custer Stadium Lyon Field's artificial turf was installed in 2008. Custer Stadium was built in 1954. There is a main gate off Shawnee Avenue on the southeast corner of the campus.
Bruin Fieldhouse This 2200-seat facility opened in 2006. The main entrance, open for events outside of school hours, is on the south end of campus off 18th Street.

Some athletics programs begin with 7th period, and others begin after school.

Is there a collection of yearbooks and alumni materials I can view?Online HistoryThis website has an extensive history section, including school history by decade, the history of the campus, and lots of photos of the campus. All of the material is licensed for free non-commercial use if attribution is given to webmaster Granger Meador.Alumni RoomThe new BHS library has an alumni archive room which contains a yearbook collection, scrapbooks, some of the old school newspapers, and other memorabilia. It is open to the public during regular school hours.
