   
This form gives our students the right
to access the internet for educational purposes. Our technology
department has blocked the access on our district server to many sites
that would cause concern to parents.
This form also asks permission for
Internet and Local Media publications. This would include having
the student's picture or work published in the newspaper or on the
school website.
