Ms. Monta Reynolds
Reading Specialist
National Board Certified Teacher
I have had the honor and privilege of touching the lives of children
for over twenty years. I taught first grade for thirteen years at
Kane Elementary and four years in second grade at Wilson. I am
currently a Wilson Reading Specialist. Throughout my career, the
most rewarding aspect of teaching has been watching my students
embark on the world of reading. It is a joy to observe a child as
he or she grows into a flourishing reader.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s
Degree in Reading, and I hold a National Board Certification in
Early and Middle Childhood/Literacy: Reading-Language Arts.

Mrs. Rosemary Webb
Reading Specialist

Webpage
My name is
Rosemary Webb, and this is my third year to be a teacher at Wilson.
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from
Northeastern State University in Tahlequah. I taught as a classroom
teacher for seven years. I then took time off to raise our
children. I returned to teaching via substitute teaching, and, to
my good fortune, was added to the staff at Wilson as a Title/Reading
teacher.
I am married to Don, and we have two
grown children—Lesley and Blake. Lesley is married, and she and her
husband farm and ranch in and around Enid. She is a multi-housing
specialist for the USDA in Enid. Our son Blake lives in Sand
Springs where he works in marketing and promotions for a casino.
Having been diagnosed at the age of nine with Type I Diabetes, he
has a heroic personality and meets the challenge of being diabetic
everyday of his life.
It is a privilege to work with your
children at Wilson, and it is rewarding to see our students make
strides in their reading skills. My goal for each of the students
with whom I work is to help build a framework of skills to increase
their word recognition, comprehension, and fluency.
